Assessment

A two-week review of what an organisation runs, who depends on it, and where it is fragile. The output is a short written report with a prioritised list, not a proposal for further work.

Consolidation

Reducing the number of systems, vendors and credentials an organisation has to keep track of. Typical work includes retiring duplicate tools, standardising accounts and access, and putting monitoring and backups on a schedule someone actually checks.

Migration planning

Moving between hosting providers or from on-premises equipment to hosted services, planned so that the cut-over is a rehearsed step rather than a weekend.

Documentation and hand-over

Runbooks for the recurring tasks, a diagram of what talks to what, and a recovery procedure that has been tested at least once. Written for the person who will do the work next, who is usually not us.

How engagements run

Fixed scope, fixed price, agreed in writing. Weekly written updates. Access to systems is granted for the engagement and revoked at hand-over.
