Infrastructure planning and systems integration

LiveOak Synergy works with small organisations that have outgrown the tools they started with. We help them decide what to keep, what to replace, and how to run what remains without a full-time operations team.

Engagements are scoped and fixed in writing before work begins. Most run between four and twelve weeks and end with documentation the organisation can maintain on its own.

• Identity, backup and monitoring baselines
• Migration planning between hosting providers
